Projects

RCI FirstPathway Citizenship Fund invests first and foremost in properties that qualify for EB5 status. Each property is reviewed for its ability to generate the necessary direct and indirect jobs.

Once this requirement has been established, the Fund analyzes the potential return on investment (ROI) and security of the overall project.

The Projects listed below are examples of projects that meet the strict scrutiny of RCI FirstPathway Partners. The Milwaukee Area has many new projects; these examples may or may not be projects that investors will be part of:
