The RCI FirstPathway Citizenship Fund
1. How large is the RCI FirstPathway Citizenship Fund?
The Fund managers have opted to cap the RCI FirstPathway Citizenship Fund at 200 million USD. This is significantly larger than any other EB5-eligible investment fund and serves to spread the risk of your investment over a wider range of projects. RCI FirstPathway can take one investor or hundreds of investors at any one time, there is no restriction.
2. Why is the pressure to create ten permanent U.S. jobs reduced by the RCI FirstPathway Citizenship Fund?
RCI FirstPathway has developed a USCIS aprroved method that creats more than enough jobs in each sucessful project.
3. When do I get my $500,000 investment back?
The RCI FirstPathway Citizenship Fund is structured similar to a loan. Your $500,000 investment is pooled with others to create jobs within the Milwaukee Region. The money is used in the investment and returned to you upon your five-year anniversary with the Fund. In addition, you may also receive whatever gains your investment has earned over the course of the five years. It is important to note that you may also choose to reinvest the money with the Fund beyond the five-year period, but this is your option.
4. What is meant by “unlimited access to my account?”
When you join the RCI FirstPathway Citizenship Fund, you will be assigned a password. Then, you can log in at the RCI FirstPathway Partners Website and check the status of your investment at any time, day or night, 365 days a year. You can even see the job creation taking place.
5. What is meant by “transparency of the Fund?”
There are no hidden costs or unpleasant surprises. The Fund has been reviewed by Department of Homeland Security authorities and has been sanctioned by legal experts and economic professionals. The Fund undergoes an annual Financial Audit conducted by the Schenck Solutions, S.C. accounting firm. Audit results are distributed to all investors.
6. Who was responsible for the legal opinions and the writing of the Prospectus?
Julie Lee, a native of China and an expert on EB5 law, wrote the Private Placement Memorandum. She is an associate with Foley & Lardner, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the United States, with offices in most major cities, including Shanghai, China.
7. Who is the escrow agent for my $500,000 investment?
JPMorgan Chase in Hong Kong.
