EB5 Program

The Milwaukee Region EB5 Zone

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) formally designated the Milwaukee Region a Regional Center in May 2007.

This region consists of Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Waukesha, Washington, and Walworth counties.

Milwaukee Skyline & River

It is the only Regional Center in the Midwestern U.S. that offers a variety of investment opportunities:

  • Business and Professional
  • Financial Activities and Business Process Services
  • Health Services and Medical Technology
  • Manufacturing
  • Printing and Printing Support
  • Wholesale Trade and Distribution
  • Hospitality (Hotels, Restaurants, Entertainment)

The Milwaukee Region is home to over 2 million people, over 50,000 businesses, 24 colleges and universities, and two international airports.
