Become a US Citizen
Citizenship
Five years after you enter the United States, you become eligible for citizenship and your investment is returned to you, including any interest or capital gains. (Note: a break in residence of more than one year, without advance approval, means you must start your five-year term of physical presence in the United States again.)
Begin by simply submitting form N-400 to USCIS. You will then be required to take a test regarding U.S. history and civics, after which you receive your citizenship.
Welcome to the United States!
