Sylvain Payette

Senior Vice President

Sylvain is a Chartered Accountant and has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Montreal-based securities broker Renaissance Capital Inc. since 2000. Renaissance is RCI Capital Group's major operating arm and a Quebec Securities Commission regulated brokerage firm with marketing offices in several Asian countries.

During his tenure, Sylvain has been very instrumental in the success of the company as the Canadian and global market leader in immigrant investor programs.

Prior to joining RCI, Sylvain was Director of Quebec Member Regulation for the Investor Dealers Association of Canada (now IIROC). He is a graduate of the Université Du Québec at Montréal and went on graduate from the Advanced Management Program of Boston's Harvard Business School in 2003.
